Cleanup Handler

The cleanup handler is responsible for general housekeeping tasks, to remove stale data/files etc.

This handler does not actually “do” the cleanup directly; rather it invokes all registered cleaners to do the cleanup.

The cleanup is typically scheduled to run overnight (via wutta cleanup), but could be ran more often (or not at all) as needed.

The base class and default cleanup handler is wuttjamaican.cleanup.CleanupHandler.

The app handler is responsible for creating the cleanup handler via get_cleanup_handler():
