Install Handler

The install handler is responsible for initial setup of a new app install.

The installer runs interactively via command line, prompting the user for various config settings etc. If all goes well the app dir is created with basic config files, and tables are created in the app database.

The base class and default install handler is wuttjamaican.install.InstallHandler.

The app handler is responsible for creating the install handler via get_install_handler():

app = config.get_app()
install = app.get_install_handler()
