Run the App Installer

Things are finally about to get interesting!

Your new project comes with its own “installer” which can automate setup of initial config.

Within the root folder of the virtual environment, it will create the app dir. This in turn has folders for logging etc. All config files typically live directly in the app dir.

Command Line

As usual, the actual command here will vary based on project naming:

poser install

Sort of like with cookiecutter, this app installer will ask you some questions about the database etc.

End Result

If all goes well, you should see:

• app dir with config files

• some tables in the database
