 Database Handler

The :term:`db handler` provides various utilites relating to the
:term:`app database` (and perhaps others).

This handler exists mostly in keeping with the pattern, since it
allows customization to happen in a straightforward way.  However in
practice, as of writing the db handler does not "do" much so you may
never need to interact with it directly.

The base class and default db handler is
:class:`wuttjamaican.db.handler.DatabaseHandler`.

The :term:`app handler` is responsible for creating the db handler via
:meth:`~wuttjamaican.app.AppHandler.get_db_handler()`::

   app = config.get_app()
   db = app.get_db_handler()
